We are a brand new free school and have never set up a payroll before. They made the whole process incredibly easy, handling all the admin and talking us through each step of the way. The monthly reports and payslips are produced on time each month without fail, and give us all the information we need. When we've had to ask a question they have always responded promptly.I would have no hesitation to recommend Firefly, especially to organisations setting up a payroll for the first time.

We have been using Firefly as our payroll provider for a year now and I am glad I have made the switch from the previous supplier. Not only they are very cost effective, but the fact that I can always speak to the same people makes things so much efficient. Swapping payroll suppliers can be a daunting task, but Jason and Noreen have made the transition so easy and I can't thank them enough. Our company is now approaching the auto enrolment staging date and it is comforting to know that they have systems in place to help to take the administrative burden off of my shoulders.

Our auto enrolment process was made easier using Firefly too. They have the "can do" attitude which makes our payroll run smoothly so any changes we want to make to our processes are accommodated. We really are treated like the customer. Would highly recommend.
