Amy was not friendly or helpful. She was problem-oriented instead of solution-focused. She took so long balancing with the bank she almost delayed our closing. If not for our realtor's creative problem-solving, we would have been further delayed. She was flippant and rude at the signing and I would never recommend her or work with her again.

I have worked with Fidelity as a Realtor on many occasions and always had a great experience. Recently, my husband and I bought a new home and I had the opportunity to experience Fidelity from a new perspective. I have even more trust in Fidelity now after using them personally. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I never felt out of the loop. We had an issue day of closing (that was not their fault at all), and they remained helpful and friendly while we figured everything out. We were still able to close that day. I highly recommend Fidelity to anybody looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and efficient title company.
