Totally negative experience, First time calling. Was on the telephone for 20 minutes and told finally that the lines were tied up and they would try to call me back. This was a dismal introduction to a firm that i was going to transfer my funds to.
This is for Fidelity overall, not just one office. I have used them for years and overall give them high marks. Most recently I had a problem getting my elderly mother's tax form and they "went the extra mile" to assist. They have low fees and good service. The only thing I wished they had done was keep their old trading platform, but technology changes. All in all I have had a very good experience over many years. Thank you, Fidelity.
