We have been banking at the Holly Springs branch for over 20 years. The customer service is amazing!! I will go out of my way to go to this branch because of the customer service and the friendliness of the staff. It's nice to walk in or go through the drive through and the staff knows who you are and adds a personal touch to the experience.

I love this bank! I was originally on my girlfriends account, and did my main banking with another bank, after great experiences with the staff at the Holly Springs Branch I opened 2 business accounts, a personal checking and a personal savings account, and will probably by adding other products soon, I could not be happier with the bank as a whole but especially with the Holly Springs staff, I walk in they greet me by name every time, I love the personal feel! Thank you!

I agree with Ben Hawkins, The Tellers take a very personal, caring & concerned interest in their clients. They make one feel like family. I have moved out of Holly Springs so it is a bit of a jaunt to get to the bank personally, but I love the mobile banking options. I miss seeing the "girls" but they are so sweet to call & or email to check in on me. Love the small town feel of the bank.

The tellers are very friendly and help.They call you by name when working with you. The branch manager is very knowable regarding specific processes like overseas travel. I have used the notary services several times. The ATM machine seems to always be in service during weekends. The Holly Spring branch provides a wonderful banking experience . Thanks for great service.

Skeet, Donna, Katie and Tom are beyond some of the most nicest, easiest, knowledgeable and timely people I have ever worked with. I use both the Fuquay offices and the Holly Springs office, everyone is by far just top notch at what they do.
