Do not use this company to manage your rental properties. They do not inspect to ensure tenants are following the lease and they do not notify the owner or do any sort of corrective action when they do become aware of lease violations and/or tenant damage to the property.In short, they'll collect the rent check, take their share and pass it on to the homeowner while doing NOTHING at all in their contract to earn their share of the rent.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I tried contacting my property manager leaving numerous voicemails and text messages and to my surprise, she is no longer with the company. I was not notified by any means necessary. I called the company multiple times and was told that the manager would contact me. Still waiting. I advised the previous property manager I have my own maintenance company but yet they still sent someone to fix a minor problem but charged me $125.00. I advise any military personnel to avoid this company at all cost!!!

I was really impressed with the intial walk through and how The process was explained to me step by step. However I was hesitant on giving this review because my case is a little unique. Once we found a tenant, we agreed to let our tenant pay on the 15th. Which, understandably, you did not have a system in place for tenants who pay after the 1st. You promised us that tenants were screened but totally missed the fact that the tenant’s brother was going to be the primary resident. We had to sign an amendment to allow the brother to stay. So far the tenants pay on time but that situation was the first thing that had me question the trust of this company with my home. In addition, I think if it was explained to me that the checks were not deposited right away that we would have made a different decision. So currently, our tenants pay on the 15th it is now the 29th and If our tenant paid, we have not received any notification or invoice about payment. Not sure if that is customary or true. I find it a little disturbing that within this timeframe you have some how found the time to send me several request for this review. Well here you go. I hope this helps for the future.

Worthless company. The place we were showed was filthy and was infested with bedbugs. They were all over us when we came home. We literally ran from the place. The doors and windows were falling off. The person who showed us the property was very nice and said the place was very clean according to her standards... SERIOUSLY????

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with F&C management of our rental property that is in a different state from where we live. We have been with them since 2016 and they are always extremely professional, prompt, and courteous! Highly recommend them!
