I was laid off for the first time in July and was unfamiliar with the type of separation agreements companies require before paying severance. Joe Grimme was kind enough to look it over and quickly provided feedback giving me enough time to better understand the agreement and deliver the sign document to my previous employer before the deadline. Joe was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions so that I could understand. Thanks so much!
