If I could give no stars I would. I tried to get something laminated from this place once and it was done poorly with the lamination open and paper exposed. I forgave the situation and tried to come back, months later, and pay to have another set made again. I requested for this time around to be fully sealed lamination and the women who spoke to me did so in a hostile way insinuating it was me that ruined the lamination the first time by cutting the edges, instead of just apologizing and taking my money and further business. I tried explaining that I did not cut the order myself and a young woman did it all and delivered it to me after she was done but they kept accusing me of altering the lamination after I received it. I understand the physics of lamination. I would never cut into it, but these women wouldn’t hear it.In customer service, especially when a customer is as forgiving and non confrontational as I am, it’s customary to be hospitable and either give services for free or apologize. I wasn’t asking for anything free, or expecting an apology, I just wanted my order to be laminated correctly and to not be spoken to like I’m ignorant as to how lamination works.When I asked for my usb drive back, the woman wouldn’t give it back to me and I had to force it out of her grasp. I’m honestly shocked at the atrocious way they handled the situation as they called me rude for excusing myself for feeling uncomfortable and wanting to take my business elsewhere. 0/10 - Would not recommend.UPDATE:FedEx Reply:Dear Brianna, we sorry loose you as a potential customer, and please received my apologizes for this misunderstanding. Certainly, we always have a hard day and we have one today. The Kindness we receive is always a reflect of what we give.--------7/20/19 To Responding Managment: This response is an example of this store's petty lack of customer service. Closing your reply with a statement insinuating your team was not kind to me because I was not kind to them first? Is this serious? This is your business...not a social media post between juveniles. I approached the situation casually and only became abrasive after the attendants wouldn't let go of their pride and just take my money and order. All I said was that my last order had exposed lamination and I'd like for this set to be closed.Instead of just saying "I'm sorry this happened let's get it done for you today," you and your team went on and on about who I work for, how it was my fault the lamination was ruined, and all of this irrelevant nonsense that had nothing to do with the new order I was trying to place. All you had to do was say okay we can make sure your lamination is sealed, but instead of asking me details about my order, how many copies I'd like ect, you wouldn't let go of your needless pride. I didnt care that my order was previously messed up. Now I care, and I'll never refer anyone to you or go there again. Good luck to you.
