Was able to get my father's 2005 to 2017 taxes done here. It was very professional and I loved the atmosphere. All the workers looked and sounded like they really enjoyed working there. I wasn't able to see Mr. Fedele, but I was greeted by the sweetest man when I first stepped in. He was so polite and got everything done in a snap. There was a woman who I think was his assistant. Little short thing, but so polite and she even chatted me up while I was waiting. Was a pleasure to talk to, she was so articulate I just wanted to take her home. I spoke with a Miss Haio. She was lovely and helped me with my father's account. Amended my fathers 2017 return and she was so fast. I do have to come back in to do the other years. I spoke with Mr. Milkannic after Miss Haio was finished. And he was a delight as well. Told me about the company and was amazed by the stories of Mr. Fedele and how he has an orphanage that he runs. So much for this old ladies view on accountants. I guess a few have hearts.

Hard to believe this guy is an actual CPA..looks more like a scam artist that rips people off, Not sure what he charges but I just saw several ads for H-1B visa interns..in other words so he can hire college students and since there foreign pay them little to nothing to do all the work, so you will be bill at the usual High rate only to have college kids perform all the work. As a CPA myself do yourself a favor and find a legitimate CPA firm, or at the very least go to HnR block over this guy.

I received a tax return for the first time in a long time. A lot of items were being missed by previous my previous tax preparer. When he told me that I would end up owing I gave Fedele and Associates a try. I never had that problem again

I went to Fedele for my 2016 taxes I agree with the previous review. They are very unprofessional and if you have a problem with your return they will not stand behind their work unless you pay them a Kings ransom. I had my state return denied and they want to charge me more than half of my original fee to respond to the state's denial.

This place is a sham and totally unprofessional! Mike Fedele (the owner) is very rude and ignorant. I witnessed him yelling at a client in his office, being degrading and belittling to the client. I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend becoming a client of his or anyone else at this unstable establishment!
