After 2 months of trying to complete the taxes (including doing my taxes again myself in Simple Tax to correct their work and increase my return by $1,600) I have not heard back from this office in a month while asking for a response from either my rep or the branch manager. I've been using FBC for about 5 years. Rob is my tax guy & he is accommodating with times & dates. I like the idea of him coming to my place & doing taxes for my company & myself. Rob is pretty easy going considering I am usually somewhat disorganized. I usually have what I need but sometimes not where it should be. Thanks Rob. I also find the people in the GP office to be helpful as well whenever I call.
