I am from Shelbyville, TN but have live in Utah for years. When I moved I was worried that I would not be able to continue using my tax professional, Billy Williams. I was pleased when he said that it was not a problem for him to file my federal and state specific income tax for Utah. All I had to do was scan and email my documents and Billy once again came through in a timely and professional way. I would highly recommend his services when using Fax Tax.

They gave me and 3 other people the same appointment time so after sitting there for 2 HOURS the guy said come back the next day which was a Sunday and he would have it ready. I came at the time HE SET and he still wasn"t done with them. He told me to come back the next day at 9am which was Monday so I did. I arrived right at 9 which is the time they open and he got an attitude and said I was there too early and he wasn"t ready for me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE...DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!

Screw this place! For the second year in a row I have left furious! This time I was put with an elderly woman that had no clue what she was doing and I repeatedly kept correcting what she had done wrong. Took 2 and a half hours then they going to try to charge me 330$ for something I pretty much did myself ?! Yea next year I will be using turbo tax! It's free!!!
