I'm so frustrated with this place. I get random and annual drug screenings for work and I've been going here. They've botched TWO out of SIX of my drug tests by either not getting the right initials or not sending in the COC form. Then I have to go take the test again. Drug tests are a big enough pain as it is to have to go do them twice! Now I'm locked out of a facility for work until I can get another place to administer the test and chop off MORE of my hair without screwing up the paperwork. So damn frustrated...
