Feedback:
It saddens me to write this negative review of my horrific experiences with Faller, Kincheloe and Company. The decision to do so has been gut-wrenching. I know these are good people. But they have failed me and my business so completely and thoroughly that I am compelled - morally, ethically and even legally - to write this review as a warning to any business owner who is contemplating using their services. I also write it as a way to motivate the partners and managers of this firm to implement change - true, real, lasting change - so that no one is ever again victimized as I have been victimized. The list of balls dropped, of deadlines missed, of expectations not lived up to by the CPA's who handled my business account - starting with Jeremy (who left) and now with Jonathan, and also including Alan Kincheloe, managing partner and Shirlee Krouch, Executive Assistant - is lengthy. Specifically, this firm demonstrated an ongoing and pervasive incompetence in their (mis)handling of my business affairs, which included a) failed to submit an entire month's payroll for our 12 employees, b) failed to pay our quarterly taxes on time, c) failed to submit quarterly wage details, d) failed to properly keep me in the loop on our monthly company account withdraws, e) failed to provide proper ongoing communication on business transactions. There are smaller balls dropped, too numerous to list. The most egregious of these, however, is the most basic. The people in this firm - including those who run it, who know better - failed to provide any recompense for the litany of mistakes they made. No apologies. No financial recompense. No attempt to make things (W)right. Instead, I had to seek all of these things out - I had to request them. Nothing is more demeaning and humiliating than being victimized once because of a company's incompetence and twice because of a lack of empathy and compassion. Had anyone in this firm made even the slightest attempt to proactively reach out to me, apologize, ask me how to make amends, I would have quickly accepted it and moved forward. That didn't happen. It has never happened. And today was really the last straw. I was two months behind on paying our bill - something I was reminded of during Shirlee's "apology" to me during a phone conversation. I just wrote a check and put it in the mail to pay for their substandard service. My conscience is clear and we are seeking another CPA. Meanwhile, may this negative review help open the eyes of those in charge, and help change for the better the broken policies, sub-standard procedures and dysfunctional culture at Faller, Kincheloe and Company, while keeping other business owners away from them as they work on doing just that.

Dealt with Ryan and Alan and I can say they both have a genuine desire to help. They both know their stuff and have helped navigate the easy and the incredibly difficult issues that have come up. Very happy I found them.
Feedback:
Jeremy and Ryan are the 2 gentlemen that I have had experience with and they are both fantastic! Bookkeeping, payroll, and tax prep.

Feedback:
Alan Kincheloe CPA is one of the brightest minds I have came across in any professional field. His happens to be in tax and accounting. He's 100% devoted to his work and is community minded. I would recommend his tax services to other business professionals.
