I was highly impressed with the services provided by the Fairfield Teachers’ Agency. The process began with a very simple application. This was followed by an in-person meeting to discuss my preferences and areas of interest. After the meeting, the agency contacted me several times per week (often multiple times per day) to inform me about potential opportunities. Since they have so many contacts, I felt very comfortable being selective about where they sent my application. They also did not pressure me at all to say yes to schools which I was not interested in. Throughout this whole process, I understood that the agency would do everything in their power to help me get a job. I then obtained a position at the beginning of the school year. I highly recommend Fairfield Teachers’ Agency.

I have worked with the FTA since before 2011 and they have been an endlessly valuable resource for me after finishing my masters degree and beyond. They have been very helpful in listening to my feedback post-interview and helping me make meaningful steps in my career. Everyone who works there makes me feel as though they want to see me achieve and have helped me to find the ideal placement and school that is the right fit. Every time I get frustrated (I happen to be a teacher in a very competitive field) their recruiters, and more specially Mark King, have always been there to listen and to help me stay positive and be successful.

I’ve known Fairfield Teachers Agency since 1989 and have used their services for all my teaching jobs in Connecticut and New York(Westchester). They have always been outstanding, from the first job they got me at Thornton-Donovan School in New Rochelle, NY, to my current job in Stamford, CT.Everyone at the Agency from Mark on down have always been courteous and have shown the utmost professionalism. They are the absolute best at what they do. Their services beat the hell out of trying to find a teaching job on your own, especially when one has no certification, or if you are pushing a certain age, such as myself. Quite honestly, I’d be lost if I had to find a teaching job on my own.So, thank you guys at Fairfield Teachers Agency for everything you’ve done for me. I am so grateful for Mark King and his wonderful staff at the agency! Finding teaching positions has become increasingly more difficult, especially for the more "seasoned" teachers - like myself. The agency always has your best interests in mind. Yes - if you are placed - you pay a fee, but it is worth every penny! What are you waiting for??? Call them!!!

The staff and the service from the Fairfield Teacher Agency was absolutely impeccable. They were extremely supportive, knowledgeable and always available to speak with me during my job search. I was impressed with Priscilla, who I worked primarily with during my five mouth search for a new position in education. She offered me amazing interview opportunities and was very professional. She and the agency are just an asset to any educator or administrator who is pursuing employment opportunities in education.

Fairfield Teacher's Agency helped me twice with placements. The entire staff there is very kind and respectful of what you're looking for. I personally dealt a lot with the director Mark King, and he is a phnemonal person. He is very knowledgeable about the different public districts and private/charter schools and makes sure things get done. It is definitely a great experience.
