A few minutes before the visit to the office and after calling HR Block, and other comparable tax businesses to complete some taxes that I needed files immediately, on a short notice, with no hesitation, I contacted the office assistance and was told that I would be seen by a tax professional within an hour! I was so please of the personalized service and the attention to details that Ellen provided by even contacting the tax authority on the phone and assisting me with tax the most favorable tax option.
