The worst customer service, no contracts, no communication. Transitioned over from another provider and didn't get my fuel card their response " Oh just do reimbursements" !?!?!? Statements like " Well it isn't our fault your employer moved everyone across to us" I have worked with many leasing companies before and never have I had such a horrible experience. Found one employee in the whole business that actually helps, Mukesh, thank you Mukesh you should be running the place and not the operations manager who was so rude and unhelpful. Wish their was a minus star

I approached this company in March for my car lease, as they were preferred by my previous employer. At the start I did ask the rep about the interest rate and I was convinently asked not to worry about it. I was shown only good picture about the lease. On my employement cessation with previous employer, I contacted the Macquire leasing directly and started managing the lease on my own. After many calls, Macquarie advised me my interest rate. I was shocked after hearing the interest rate, as it was way to high. I have ended up paying lot more money towards this lease than what I should have ideally paid. I’m really disappointed with eziway as they put their interest first before customer’s. Leaseing is not worth and definetly not with this company.

Vehicle Transitions are never an easy thing. Eziway made the entire process seamless from start to finish. It was great to deal with only one person, as opposed to the larger players where you are just passed around from department to department with little resolution. This was the first occasion where all details were correct and activation occurred shortly after my request. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well done Eziway! 10/10. Highly recommend
