This was less than a one star for me! I worked for a Tax Service at one time not that long ago. They couldn't even get my address right after my filling out their questioner and me giving them a couple of previous tax returns, the address that they put would be between my house and next door, doesn't exist...The State owes me several hundred that I will never get! They had me paying several thousand, I haven't had to pay anything for years!!! Then charges me a lot to do them. Finished them and never bothered to call me when they were done. When I called about the mistake I was told I must have given them the wrong information, there was nothing they could do...not even I am sorry or we will amend it. Never Again!!!

I have been a client of Express Financial Services for over a year and I am a very happy. They have cleaned up the mess I had going on and are always so patient with me. Lilly, who is my account specialist, came to my salon when my printer was down so I would not miss a deadline. I would not hesitate to send anyone one to them. Thanks Express Financial Services - you guys rock!

This did not work for me this guy is an idiot he don't know what he is doing I cannot get my FEDERAL tax return cause the stupid entered the wrong social security number wrong 3 times and now I have to call the IRS to confirm my identity and he charged me $300.00 dollars it's really unfair and he does not know what he is doing I'll never go back to file my income tax with him he does not have your back but he is willing to take your money

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give no stars I would.. When we started our business 5 years ago we started using Michael as our accountant. When we met with him I asked about setting up quarterly payments to the IRS and his response was “your not there yet” based on the amount of income we generated. Every tax year after when we met I’d asked the same question and I got the same response. Well 2018 tax season came we sat down with Michael gave him our information and was told he’d prepare them and they should be done in a day or so. A couple days later I called in to see what the verdict was and was informed by Michael that we owed the IRS $8,000.00!!!!! WHAT!!😳After speaking with the IRS I was told had our accountant had us paying quarterly payments all along we would have either avoided having a $8k bill or it would have been less.. Needless to say that was very disappointing to hear especially since his services aren’t cheap. If you want a good honest accountant that will go the extra mile for their client I’d go elsewhere and avoid this business at all cost.
