Very disappointing! I have worked since I was 16 and moved up to Walla Walla 6 years ago to attend the University. After two years there, I went to express to find a starting job. I filled out all the paperwork, communicated with Stephanie and never heard back. I ended up finding my own job. Since then, I have gone to them two other times between other jobs and exact same thing. I met with her, showed her my qualifications and would never heard back. This last time, I decided to reach out to Angie, who I always see posting job opportunities that I would match perfectly. I explained that I was reaching out to her because of the fact that I had not had any success with my other contact, Stephanie. I did not hear back for a week. Finally called the office, had an absolutely horrible experience; the receptionist was very rude and refused to transfer me without me providing all my information and the reason I was calling, even though I said it was in regards to an issue I was having. The receptionist then told the staff that I had been rude to her, and I received an email back from Angie saying that I had been rude and that with my professional background I should know better, etc. When I politely emailed her back and told her my side of the story, she just told me that she was sorry that I had misinterpreted the situation but that they "unfortunately did not have anything that would be a good fit for me." Very disappointed. Gave them 3 tries...

My 2 nephews worked with them for 2 years and had a great experience. They also worked with the same employers which says a lot about the confidence the companies have in then.

PROSMeg very polite and professional at front desk. Put me to work a few days after applying, almost every day I was available.CONSmore part time day labor service rather than a temp to hire.management lacks communication skills. All jobs paid minimum wage.

Express is a great company that helped me build essential job skills at a young age. I went to Express with only a few years of job experience in the service industry. I wanted to broaden my horizon and gain more office skills and Express help facilitate that by finding me an entry level temp position. Eventually that position turned into permanent job placement and I was able to build my resume. Now I have a career that I love and have the confidence to grow. If it wasn't for Express, I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you Express!

I really appreciate the calls from Angela updating me with classes and checking in to see if we are needing any help from them. What a kind and efficient group to work with here in Walla Walla. I'd highly recommend Express Pros!
