Express Employment Professionals is an amazing agency! I have sought employment through several other staffing agencies in the past but my experience with Express is unparalleled. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ellen and Brent's diligence and resourcefulness led to me finding a great fit! Ellen was constantly in touch with me throughout the process offering assistance whenever I needed it. I came here in the morning to get the interview with Valentina at 8:30 but i came a bit late becauce i was waiting the wrong elevator to go to the 9th floor. When i got there around 8 mins late, i said to her sorry about being a bit late and she said you should have told us about being late and we could have something done. After that she kept talking about our company value punctual and attendance and dont even care to ask me any question, kept bragging and said we could not recommend you to any other company. Seriously, i was so suprised how unprofessional and bossy she can be that i didnt even care what she said later because i know with this attitude, the job she recommend would be very bad or unethical. Anyway, just another experience i have learned, hope everyone will have a better one to acctually help you, listen to you, not judging someone without any knowledge or understanding like Valentina. Just go somewhere else and save your time, there are tons of employment agencies better than this one.
