Blistering incompetence and no organization whatsoever.I called yesterday, did the online app made the appointment for 1030 this morning arrived at 10:06. After waiting 25 minutes I was informed that there was more paperwork to fill out which should have been given to me when I got there not 25 minutes later right before the interview was supposed to take place. Then I was informed that the whole process takes 45 minutes to an hour including the background check and other things a background check could’ve been completed before even got there.So my options were to sit and deal with this incompetence and possibly be late for the next interview so I chose to leave. If you can’t trust a temp agency to even organize paperwork in a hiring process how can you trust them to find your job and handle your paycheck correctly. I drove from Gainesville to Ocala only to waste gas .I would not recommend this place to anyone who considers himself efficient.
