Horrible experience, they say you are going to do a specific task and end up at a warehouse throwing boxes. Very unprofessional I call Vanessa or whatever her name is and I tell her I am forklift certified in all type of forklifts and she says that doesn’t matter that I am only allowed to use a hand pallet jack? Wait what? I tell her I have 6 years of experience and she says that anybody can get that liscence and pretend that they drive a forklift. She’s pretty much saying that I’m lying about my experience. Horrible company, if you want to feel disrespected then come here. Very rude people. I wish there was a 0 star option here. Awful!!!!

There is something that sets Express Employment Miami Lakes apart and puts them in a different league than the rest. They are truly unique in their professionalism and understanding of the industry. They helped me to fix my Resume, they prepared me for the Interview, they gave me options. I know people that abandoned their job 1, 2 3 times and they still help them ( I woudn't) . They are patient and believe in people. IF you really want to work, they will find you a job. If you just PRETEND that you want to work, dont waste their time!

My experience with this agency started on Nov 19th. I walked into the office and filled out the paper work. A recruiter by the name of Ozy Garcia told me I was perfect for a job and to email him my resume and I would hear back from him by next week. I gave him ten (10) days, understanding that it was Thanksgiving weekend. On November 29th I called for an update but was told Ozy is busy and would call me back in an hour. Two days later on December 2nd I called again, not wanting the job opportunity to be gone and to my surprise I got an answering machine that said to call back during normal business hours, it was 12pm. I figured they went to lunch. So I called again at 2pm and my call went straight to voice mail. Not like before when it rang multiple times. I left my message asking for Ozy Garcia to return my call. Today is December 6 and I'm yet to hear from Ozy or anyone at all. In conclusion, I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel I was given the run around and I don't understand why. I know they can do better because the day I was there they were getting jobs for other clients that were turning down the offer for work. However, they can't seem to find employment for a person with my experience and willingness to work.

Cindy Fernandez make me drive about 25 miles for nothing, she emails me saying that she had a job for me to start working on Thursday, she never call me after leaving
