Don't bother with this place. I went to see them 5 years apart for similar jobs that I am probably overqualified to do. Nothing the first time, nothing the second time either. Having a degree apparently means nothing either. It is the usual dime a dozen routine with these people. Staffing agencies aren't what they used to be, they are basically an arm of the employer who ends up hyper screening people for basic jobs. Total sham and waste of time.

Ok... I like to open with positive before bashing because its only fair.This place was open on time....That being said. This place was horrible! Not only could they not help. They were slow on response, everytime you call they had no idea who you were. They place looked like a closed down remax store. The staff was lazy. Couldn't find you work if a company just opened and heald up a sign sating we are looking for employees. They did "NOTHING", biggest waste of time gas and a trip.They say you have to be present when we are in an age of video conferencing, phone interviews and still good old resumes. This place lacked in everything.I'll explain the story. Put a resume in to find work in the here transfer from Orlando. They said they couldn't do anything unless they see me in person. Ok, fine had a vacation trip up there to see my gf. An when I get up there the rep who scheduled my appointment didn't come in that day. So they tell me she will be back on Monday. Fine... 2 days gone but fine. I finally get my interview after applying for what im skilled at doing in Orlando. So get there 30 mins prior (Mil we always arrive early). The front desk ask me to fill out a resume. Which I do no problem. Then my appointment time comes and goes. 1 hour after my time. They finally see me, after I hear them laughing and joking an just having a good old time while a woman with a child and another kid were sitting there waiting. So after asking about my skills and history they say im a perfect match. They say they have 2 companies that would work great for me. They will call tomorrow. Excited and ready....2 days later no call... So I call in they have no idea who I am. I call back later ohh you rep isn't here. Thursday is coming around an I finally get a call back an she asks who I am. I tell her an after hearing her sift through some papers. She finally finds my resume. An now she says she will have to call the company. An asks when I go back. I say friday but can extend it too sunday. She says she will call back tomorrow. Friday comes no answer. So Im calling an no she isn't here. Its not until 10 mins before 5 that she calls to say. There is no jobs available. You just said you had 2. Ohhh well you skills didn't match. What? Im doing the exact same thing!! Well look I will call you back i'll call you back, I will try to make a call.Needless to say. Nothing... 3 months later I get a call... We have a warehouse job for 9 an hr. What?? Im making 14 here.... Well... We have nothing right now.A month later I apply to spectrum. Doing the EXACT SAME THING IN ORLANDO. An I get the job. But, guess I wasn't skilled enough.They didn't even bother. Don't waste your time here. This place it petty and will NOT HELP!!

I have been using Express to help manage labor needs at my business. I have worked with Josie & Nina and they are always taking care of business. I often give them less than 24 hours notice of needing help and they still get it done. I don't have to worry about keeping staff that I only need for a day or two either. Express is great and I recommend it to anyone who is spending their valuable time looking for labor.
