I had the pleasure of working with Tara Burns-Kiniry for about 4 months. She was very responsive and made the whole process painless. I ended up being offered a full time permanent position at the company I was assigned to temp at! :)

Very professional and helpful staff! When I came to Excel Partners almost 10 years ago, I had just taken a year off of working to take care of my son and hadn't finished my Bachelor's degree, so it was becoming more difficult to find a position with reasonable pay with the limited experience and education, which is why I went to a temp agency. I had tried other temp agencies, but wasn't satisfied with the customer service or the assignments, so I decided to try out Excel Partners which came recommended to me by a friend. My recruiter at the time was Tara Kiniry, who is now AVP. Tara and her staff were instrumental in my growth and helped me prepare for my interviews and freshen up on my Microsoft skills. One of my first assignments was a temp-perm position which became permanent. I stayed with that company for almost 5 years before moving on to greater opportunities. I was fortunate to have landed in a company with extremely supportive bosses, who worked with me on my schedule which allowed me to return to school and complete my Bachelor's degree. My career since then has grown and taken off in the direction I feel happy with and I've learned so much along the way. I can honestly say that it all started with the incredible and dedicated staff at Excel Partners!

I worked with Tara Burns-Kiniry who placed me in a temp-to-perm position. First of all, you can line up many recruiters during your search for a job and none will be the same. Tara and her entire team were always responsive and, upon meeting me, knew what would be a fit and what would not. It was a great experience and I'm very grateful.

I was very happy running across Excel Partners because out of all the agencies I was going thru they were the first to actually help me and find me a good long term temp job which turned into a perm job! My recruiter Courtney was amazing! She was quick answering any questions I had and was very friendly and very understanding my concerns if I had any. Great place to help you find your next dream job.

Unfortunately my experience was so extravagant. I was lied to and to top it off I received a nasty phone call from the women whom I was working with. Still have yet to receive a call back from the manager in which I left a message for. No I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Molly at the beginning of 2018 and she placed me in the best position I’ve ever had! When I first reached out to Excel Partners Molly informed me that she didn’t quite have exactly what I was looking for and would keep me in mind. I’ve had plenty of head hunters work with me then put my resume on the back burner, not hearing from them for months. She did an excellent job of listening to all my concerns that I had with my previous position and a few months later followed up with an awesome job opening and quickly got me set up with an interview. Molly was very helpful with communicating with my employer to make sure I was all set up on my first day, and followed up a few months later to check in. Molly was also very helpful with all questions I had and worked with me from start to finish in the hiring process. Excellent attention to what her client is looking for and great communication, Molly did a great job and I highly recommend her!
