If I could give 0 star I would def do it. Poor management and unprofessional staff. They make you go to their office to waste your time. They take almost 40% of your income and will treat you badly. I DO NOT recommend this agency to anyone
Feedback:
Signed up two years ago. I never got a job from them. They asked me to get a security clearance so I paid and got it done. Never was called back for an interview they have never met me and dont know anything about me besides what's on paper.

Stacey at Excel HR was amazing! She not only helped me find Full time employment she also ensured that i was happily employed after the fact! I would also like to thank her co-worker Britney P who always assisted when Stacey was on the other line.Great service and amazing firm to work with!
Feedback:
Sent in resume and applied to a few jobs myself. Nothing from them at all. I am a university graduate so I was expecting at least something. It's free to put apply but don't expect anything from them.
Feedback:
I called several times to speak to someone about current openings but no one returns the call, not sure how they are always busy. Very bad service and unprofessional, very disappointed.
Feedback:
I have been dealing with Excel HR for 5 years. So far I secured 3 positions through them. Here is my review of them:Pros: 1) They know how to set their rate to win positions, which gives people who register with them a higher chance of getting a job2) All their agents were polite with me and professional. They answered their phone and email on time and provided me with the necessary assistance. Cons: 1) They are very greedy and cheap. It is good that they set their rate lower than other agencies to win the contract. However, once they win the contract, they take at least one third of the worker's salary for themselves. The fact that they helped me find a job is great. However, when my contract got renewed a few times, it is because of my personal effort and because I was a good worker. They did not make any effort for my contract to be renewed. Therefore, they should not continue to take the same rate out of my pay check after my contract is renewed but rather they should leave me with a higher salary. 2) Every time my contract was renewed through them, I asked for an increase in salary but they refused. 3) I know people who were interviewed by them and have been waiting for months but never received an offer through them.
Feedback:
Unfortunately I received very poor service. I signed up did all the testing they required then I never heard back. They basically provided no service at all. I would strongly recommend you search for another service when you are seeking employment. Very dissatisfied. Fortunately I found employment on my own.

Stay away from Excel HR. After you paid the fingerprint fee (~50 dollars), they will never contact you anymore.
Feedback:
Professional and personable staff who celebrate your success! Since I dropped off a resume at a job fair two weeks ago with not much employment success until that point, I have now been placed. I look forward to working further with the amazing people at ExcelHR!
Feedback:
They make you pay for some fingerprints and never call you back. Stay away! Most of their jobs are for only a month max.
