2 drivers checked in at the same day 1 hrs apart. First got loaded in 1 hr second was there for 5.5 hrs. So it's all about the luck

Came in the paper gate was told to check in at a shack in the drop yard no one there. Wait half hour for yard jockey to arrive and give instructions. Got my preloaded trailer checked out and the gate is locked with sign saying turn around and follow signs for main gate. I looked everywhere and no signs for main gate. I went down two different dead-ends and had to find the jockey for directions. Not one single sign posted along the route to main gate!!! Only gets 2 stars for being lucky to have been 5 mins away from a Love’s with ample parking.

Slow unloading process

I'm a company driver and went there to do a drop and hook, to pick up a pre-loaded trailer, thinking it should take 35 minutes. Well I was wrong 1 hour and 30 minutes later I got the bills, they have a slow computer and a slower user, he kept on looking at the same papers over and over again and shuffling them around and he's looking at them thinking they might change oh well don't go there in a rush you're going to wind up staying there a while
