Nicole was unprofessional, fear-driven, and let the chaos of her personal life affect her interaction with me as a client. She refused to provide her own Hold Harmless Statement for viewers at an Open House, insisted on being part of the Seller’s (which my lawyer refused to allow) and then bailed out of our contract. After her initially effusive can-do acting job, which sold me on her services, she transformed into her shadow self, even leaving my keys in a shopping cart outdoors! If you value your sanity, don’t work with this person.
