The lady that worked in Washington D.C., who prepared my taxes, submitted W-2 for 2013, with my 2014 taxes. Therefore, causing for 2nd time filing, of, amended, taxes. I loss a couple hundred dollars. I was recommended to her. I will return to my originsl tax preparer.
