Feedback:

After being contacted for a position that was supposed to be for the weekend, and then turned into a position for the following week; I was asked to return to meet the owner at 5pm the next business day for a dress rehearsal...needless to say the office is closed at 5. There were red flags before, during and after my interview, (which took place in the lobby). There were also several different points of contact, one person called, another sent a message from their I-Phone, etc...it was a hands on mess to say the least. This young lady has an outstanding reputation in the Austin community, it is a shame that this took place, she has obviously worked very, very hard to build her business.

My husband has not been paid his last week’s pay from ESP when he transitioned to permanent employment with the employer where he had been temping. Earlier I posted that it was his overtime that ESP was holding back, but I was mistaken.Tiffany Johnson, the owner, has strung him and his current permanent employer along since October promising to pay what ESP owes him, but the money still hasn’t materialized.My husband visited Tiffany about four times over his pay for that last week, and his current employer has sent emails about it since the last week in October. After researching this wage theft, which is a CRIME, I found that one has 180 days to file a claim or the wages are lost.It looks like this is why Tiffany keeps stalling, waiting for 180 days to go by so my husband won’t be able to collect what she owes him.My husband worked hard and faithfully for ESP while he was with them. It’s really galling that anyone would try to take advantage of him so shamelessly.
