Hi I have given interview for Sr level HR position and finally Director operation told me that you will get call by weekend from our senior management team based out at USA but unfortunately not got any call afterthat I received a message from HR team that they rejected my py profile.I was quite surprised that without taking any interview how they rejected my anyone profile. I have never seen that type of feedback from any organization. If you are hiring someone in HR function then pls don't give that type of feedback. According to Mr. Ankur your organization is on expansion mode so better setup a gud HR practice so you can retain your people's as well as gud impression for upcoming candidates.Thanks and RegardsM.K.
