I knew during our initial consultation I needed her as my accountant; she had a thorough understanding of my needs and was able to guide me through the tax filing process with ease. I'm equally impressed with her speedy responses (same day email and phone calls) and how she was able to coordinate with me as an out of state client with her user-friendly internet portal. I'm already preparing for next tax year with Erica's personalized plan for me! Would certainly recommend, especially for small businesses.
