I had a great experience from the first time I walked through the door until I left. I had an interview on one of the hot and humid days. Amy was very nice, she's greeted me and offered water. Megan was very charismatic and gave me great information. She called me the next day to meet with a client. I will definitely recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with an HR recruiter, Elaine McKenna, who rallied for me and gave great insight into the company I applied to(a direct-hire opportunity). Elaine walked me through each step, she revised my resume for me and promptly answered my many emails- even after-hours! If she is any representation of the company as a whole, which I believe she is, you can't go wrong with ER Select! And even better still, I got the job!

I had an Interview with this staffing company and its New in St.louis Missouri and it went great and I told them about past experience about a staffing company hiring me and never called back and guess what THEY DID THE SAME THING!!! They said they would call back the next week and NEVER DID !!! They get your hopes up and never call back after that ... Their new to this area but I would rather go to another staffing company that will actually place you somewhere and get you to working .... Hope they do better from here on out!!!!!!
