Had a rough start when I first started using EPC due to the worker they assigned me. If you are unfortunate enough to get Zeljko, may I suggest asking for another worker immediately. He is extremely unproffesional and unwilling to work with his clients towards their employment goals. That said when I spoke with his supervisor I was immediately assigned a different worker with an appointment the next day. Deirdre is an absolute proffesional and worked with me in getting me ready to face the work force with all the tools I needed.
