Although I consider myself a professional and have been working in the financial domain for more than 10 years, I haven't been successful obtaining a role through Entrée, no matter how hard I try to work on my covering letter they seem to reject it anyway even for jobs I feel quite eligible for. On the other hand, I am not sure how fair it is to review a recruitment agency to be honest. Still in contact with them for jobs I perceive as a close match to my profile. I hear my friends talking about connecting with recruitment agencies, I find that most new comers to Oz like myself lacking the confidence to pick up the hone and talk to someone they don’t know! Might be language barriers or not used to it in home countries! My Ozzie friends seem to be far more successful in initiating and maintaining contact and more suited to front office and client facing roles. I usually apply for back office and accounting type roles. Realising that I probably was harsh with my score for this business, I am putting it right.

I had a great experience with Entree whilst temping. All of the staff I dealt with from the recruitment consultant, receptionist and payroll staff were very helpful. The organization I was placed with were lovely and entree staff continuously checked in on me.

Went for an interview here with a recruitment officer and the interview was the hardest i have ever had. The interviewer was not friendly and made me really nervous. I was sent home to do some online microsoft office tests which were stupid because you couldn't use shortcut keys, not an ideal way to test someone's abilities. 1 week later was advised that the recruitment consultant that had interviewed me had left the company and i have to come in again for another interview as they lost my notes! I didn't get the email promised with a new interview time so now i just decided to give up on bothering with them. Plenty of other recruitment companies out there that actually want your business, this one is a complete waste of time.

Absolutely useless. I’ve been called about three jobs in total over a period of 12 months. One of the jobs they never even followed through on and didn’t even contact the client. I do NOT recommend using this recruitment agency, it’s a waste of time.

Got to love this “organisation’s” modus operandi:Send out a form rejection email without any salutation and suggesting that I ‘Like’ them on Facebook and ‘Connect' with them on Linkedin for future opportunities.Soooooo let’s get this straight - I don’t exist, but they suggest I ‘Like’ them and ‘Connect’ with them for future opportunities!Opportunities for whom? Fishing for my contacts perhaps? Sure! No problems! Too easy!Q: Can an email be Private & Confidential if it hasn’t been addressed to anyone in particular?A sub-zero rating.

A recruitment agency that is mutton, not lamb. Sends unaddressed emails yet classifies them as Private and Confidential.’ And then they had the nerve to ask to be ‘liked’ on Facebook and other social media! They don’t know what to do with educated and highly experienced candidates, they appear to deal with lower level job seekers. Give this crew a miss- they just don’t get it.

From the moment I walked into Entrée Recruitment for my interview I felt very welcomed by all the amazing, professional & friendly staff. During my 22 months working for Entree Recruitment Early Years I have loved every moment going to a variety of Centre’s where I get to meet many awesome children & friendly, knowledgeable Educators & Directors. I have grown as an Educator where I have definitely gained more skills & knowledge.I highly recommend working for Entree Recruitment, it truly is a wonderful career opportunity!
