Please, please, please ignore the 5 star reviews from these foreigners who they only seem to focus on, don't be fooled!poor communication. was a casual laborer when I'm pretty sure I was supposed to be full time. then worked dried up within a few months and heard nothing at all. despite me calling numerous times about more work, they never get back to me so I'm left at a dead end. so I'm unsure if I'm still in their books as there is no communication.thanks for nothing enterprise.

Went for interview, standard is matched to other comments. I was left waiting while she started interview the next person, as she left something of mine at the copier, forgetful staff. Wasn't even told a simple "we'll get back you in X amount of days". Bad service, I get better at Mcdonalds.

Poor organisation, poor communication. Applied for a job through these guys, rung multiple times to no answer, rung again today, was told my application was withdrawn due to me not answering a call, I told simon I hadn't received any calls, he continued to scold me like I was a child didn't want to listen to me and told me they weren't rocket scientists and to keep my number up to date, my number is up to date. I hadn't received any contact from them other than an email thanking me for my application. I rung again and spoke to a women she told me oh you received and email (different story to Simons phone call???) I said no I didn't and told her the only email I received was the thank you email, she said oh no it was a text and a voice mail, I said no I never recieved anything from you guys. She said owell the positons are filled you can try for the new year. Poor communication, poor organisation.

If I could review with - stars I would. The worst recruitment agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I applied for a management position and was called almost immediately by Angelique Rahme. We had an initial phone interview which resulted in an invite to a SKYPE interview the following week. I called (SKYPE'D) Angelique at the appointed time to find that the time had been double booked. After some time it was sorted and the interview commenced. Angelique is quite possibly the most useless interviewer I have ever had. She clearly had not taken any notes at the time of our initial phone interview as she asked the same questions. She had no knowledge of the position I was applying for and asked the same question several times. At the end of the interview I asked for a detailed job description which she said she would send to me once we had completed the interview. She did not I had to email her much later and again ask for it. She told me that she would pass my information onto the employer and that they were very fast at responding so someone would be in touch by the next day or friday at the latest. I heard nothing so I emailed the following Tuesday. Angelique called me to say that I had been sent an email for an interview on the Wednesday. I had not. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 hours later she called and said that it wasn't me but she was sure that I would get an interview and she would be in touch by the end of the week. Again I had not heard anything so I emailed again the following Wednesday. I received an email asking me to hang in a little longer. The following Tuesday I received a phone call from Fiona who told me that I had not been successful. When I told her that I was unhappy with how I had been treated and that their communication is very poor she started yelling at me. I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager and hung up. When I spoke to her manager he tried to spin it. In a nutshell he said that it wasn't their fault as the employer had shifted the goal posts! Incredible!!! Blaming the people who pay them!! Totally unprofessional company AVOID at all costs!
