They use you for money and if you don’t watch your check they will take money out and if you don’t catch it they will continue doing it. I’ve asked for a raise through the company and they were post to ask the job next thing I know I get called in the office and talk to the boss and they fired me so I don’t know what they said to them then tired to get another after I just got fired and they said they won’t give me no more jobs. They don’t care nothing about you as long as they get paid off you. Meghan is my most recent rep and 5 of my checks were shorted and she only made up for 1 and won’t for the other 4 she tried to bribe me with $100 but never got it. I told her all they do is use us and she agreed saying they do. We get paid 30 to 40 per hour and only see a piece of that so in the end they make more then we do when we do all the work. I been there for 4 years and my checks always come up short and they always say it’s the employees but all my employees say I worked the 40 plus hours like come on now. Then when I confronted them about it they let me go from the company that just says your guilty so now I don’t get the money I worked hard for they do

Got a good job through them. Make sure u get your raises if employer gives u one. Employment solutions wont give them to you unless u say something. Dont refer people meagan will steal your prepaid card. Give you the runaround about accounting when u ask for it.

If your unemployed, motivated and want a job ASAP then you can do no wrong by choosing to visit Employment Solutions. Everyone there is friendly, positive and helpful and they really go to Work to find you the right job. I was able to get a job in less than a week and the process was seamless. I had Hector help me out and he is just an outstanding guy. Super genuine and calls/ follows up when he says he will. Cannot recommend this Employment agency highly enough.

Worked for this agency for a while. They filed a workman’s comp claim for me WITH OUT my permission or knowledge. I had an incident happen at my job which I had reported to them, filed the REPORT paper work only, and I was cleared to work through them immedietly after. After I was cleared to work for them, I continued to work for them for mulptiple months, and chose to move on from the company. I had later gone through them for another opportunity, which placed me in a company where employee’s were verbally harassing me every day, so I had given them a 2 week notice, which they approved, and then I quit. MONTHS LATER...I was recently looking for employment through them again. I have called over 50 times and have literally been hummed and haa’d The entire time. Completely blown off and never given phone calls back, let alone any information as to why. Today I received the smallest amount of information, by their accident because they themselves go through trashy employee’a like no other. They informed me that a workman’s comp claim was filed “by me” which never occurred, which means that someone is obviously forging paper work or making false claims without the employee’s knowledge or approval. I was also informed that the job I gave them a 2 week notice, apparently it was reported that I just “left the company with no communication.” And it was “Extremely Unacceptable on my part” according to them.When I call and ask to speak to the Human Resources person responsible for anything serious, supposedly, they keep brushing me off and the front desk girl attempts to take it in to her hands, until they hang up on me.I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism, let alone curtousy that they show for anyone. As far as the “behind my back” behavior, the false filed paperwork, and the false allegations of my actions, I am honestly appalled. I cannot believe that they run their agency this way and it goes unseen. I would highly NOT recommend you going through this company what so ever.

I would like to retract my positive review on this company and will tell you how this company really operates. Nicole who got me hired to one of my assignments ended up letting me go because I wasn't letting her know that I was missing work, Instead I let the company know that I wasn't coming in due to my fiance being in the ER several times. I was going through a lot at that moment and forgot that I was suppose to call Employment Solutions and not the actual company to let them know I'm missing work. Long story short they didn't care the slightest that my fiance was in the hospital and he just got diagnosed with stage 2 COPD. Nicole couldn't have cared less, she was more worried about the image of the company rather than understanding that I'm human and we all make mistakes and sometimes forget to call the right person. Then she also had the audacity to call me several weeks later to offer me a job when I actually cried over the phone to her not to let me go. So thank you Nicole for not letting me work for you guys. best decision I've ever made because now I'm at a job that I truly love. Oh, by the way I was BRIBED by NICOLE to write a positive review about her in exchange for a Starbucks gift card {which I never received by the way...} So there's my experience from them, I could put even more down but I've already made this review long enough. Don't work here.{My old review that I was BRIBED a $5 gift card to Starbucks by NICOLE to write for her}This is a great hiring agency to go to if you're looking to get a job fast. I was lucky to get Nicole who got me a job the same day I walked in! She's very friendly and sweet and I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to get a job for me as soon as possible. I recently lost my job right before the holidays which ruined my Thanksgiving dinner (we were going out to a really nice restaurant but couldn't afford it) so she was really excited when she found a position for me that fits perfectly! Again thank you Nicole for helping me out so fast In a tough situation. Now I'll be able to have a nice Christmas instead of a tight budget one because I was hired on with my new job. I highly recommend her!
