Exceedingly unprofessional, the employee implemented false information in regards to conducting an interview with me which NEVER EVER happened, He/she NEVER called nor left a voicemail. The employees make you feel that you're being a problem when you want to resolve an issue, their vocabulary and tone is uncomfortable. They hang up in your face numerous of times before you can even talk to a live person. I've been trying to get in contact with LEE from Employment Development Department in Los Angeles, in her voicemail she stated she will get back in the next 24 hours it's been 72 hours, no response, I've sent two emails no response, it's been over due pass 10 days. I'm extremely dissatisfied. It's not fair.
