As someone who was employed through this entity, and was a contingent employee for another company, I was frustrated with the lack of communication and clarity when working with ESG to finalize the completion of my contract, or work out possible arrangements for my UNpaid maternity leave. I would wait days before hearing a response back about questions or concerns that I had. There seemed to be a huge lack of communication between the company I was working with and ESG (I don't know whose fault that is, or where the correction could be made). I hate leaving poor reviews, but overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope that changes can be made to improve that for the sake of people who have to work with them in the future.

As an employee of a company that uses ESG for payroll, I am not impressed with their services. They consistently pay incorrectly then just randomly take amounts out of checking accounts with out notice. While it is in their legal right, its most frustrating. Further, they never give reasons as to why said amounts were withdrawn or, if they deposit money back, why.Further, their employee website user interface is also clunky and in need of a serious facelift. As an employee you can access just basic information with little to no detail with regard to benefits or pay.Ive had to work with ESG for years and I find the customer service getting worse and worse.

they do payroll for my company and they used to have payroll posted on friday and deposited on tuesdays our paydays, but now they only have payroll checks posted the same day as the deposit.

I am a small business owner and I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with ESG. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This company has repeatedly promised services that they failed to deliver. They do not return phone calls when there are difficult issues. In my experience, business partners prove their mettle when things go wrong, and ESG has fled the scene. Stay away.
