First of all as a person that has had to administer dot drug tests myself this place broke all the rules as fare as handling my specimen. For example I left my drivers license in my car and told the tester that I had to get it and she had me pee first and then had me get it so my specimen was out of my sight and when I came back she was putting the prior persons specimen in its packaging so there was possible chance to cross contamination. I take medication and told her and there was no form to fill out she didn't care and was kinda rude about it. I even brought them with me. Now that procedure could have been changed. I ended up having to report it to my employer and the office of drug and alcohol policy and compliance and was issued a new test because of the compliance issues and my employer no longer sends people there
