Slow to respond first time. Then non-responsive. Called for over a week, but the Vietnam and Bali phone numbers did not work. Emailed Vietnam branch and Jakarta head quarters about the issue... No response. Called Jakarta HQ to speed up the response time. Reached someone and told them the response time and phone issues. Provided a bad email address to forward correspondence. No response as of yet. Very suspect.
