I find this company to have competitive rates and deligient and kind staff! I’ve been able to work as much as I’ve wanted and have also been placed in a contract! Time sheets are easy to submit and payments come on time every week. Pay stubs come early too! I sense a competitment from staff that they truly care about their team! Thanks everyone at Emerald!

Really enjoy working for this company on the side. They have also been really flexible with me dealing with some hard things with my family. Been really understanding. I’m a full time nurse at UWMC and just do this on the side and love my break from the hospital and advancing my nursing skills. Would definitely recommend working with them. : )

A friend of mine referred me to ECMS while I was on assignment, and shared how much the company truly valued their employees. All it took was one introductory phone call with Mario for me to experience that myself! A lot of other travel companies or agencies push the ideal of relationship, but don't connect that on a business aspect as well. This company truly values not only your relationship with them, but also make efforts to show you they appreciate and value your business as well. They don't hound you with calls, but are always there if you need them. FULL transparency and honesty is something hard to come by in this industry, but this company makes every stride to meet their promises and take care of their employees.

I was referred to ECM by a few coworkers from my primary job. I've been working as a per diem ED nurse at ECM for the past year and only have good things to say. Mario, Jennifer, Ashley and Nikki all have been so kind, quick to respond, and very flexible with my schedule. I am looking forward to what my future holds at ECM as I progress to picking up contracts.. and strongly encourage anyone interested in doing agency work to consider this great company!
