Mr Ellis understands accidents and overall uninsured or underinsured drivers! Working with his firm, I had access to a whole new opportunity on life, to support my children and start a new life, realizing that the simple things (walking, sitting down, driving, having a meal) are whats really important. I don’t think I would receive this kind of help with any other agency, especially when things went bad from the start with a rear end accident. One minute I was sitting in the seat, the next thing I was struck hard from the rear, my glasses flew and I blacked out. We had been hit by an underinsured/uninsured lady driver from behind who was on the phone and swirled me onto oncoming traffic.I could not give testimony in that shape and the police report had incomplete/inaccurate information.
