Feedback:

Fail, first day you arrive early to work and your forced to wait in the entryway in the cold with the staff members invading your personal space. Until finally the doors open and everyone rushes to clock in and then wait again for another 15 minutes, however this is where the games begin, seeing staff member speaking to line leaders in multiple different languages about the length and the ease of assignment on the floor, leaving English speaking and new employees ignorant to floor assignments, after that, it s time for the races.After waiting for 15 minutes without being spoken to, instructed, or directed in any way, the doors is open again, the employees take off running to take the easiest assignment on the floor, as this is happening we still not receiving no instructions where to go or what to do from line leaders nor supervisors, so after u search for a supervisor to ask him for assignment, he then takes to an open assignment that has not been chosen due to the level of difficulty, unlike other facilities in the area that provides their employees with at least a half hour lunch, and two 15 minutes breaks, you only get an unpaid 30 minute lunch, lets say you want to go out to get something from your car, you need your supervisor to open the door for otherwise you won t be able to go out.You end up working with 7 people and nobody speaks english for 10 hours, im not racist here, but before you take your decision to come work and live here in the US, i think you should learn how to speaks english. Im not gonna talk about everything that happens there, just two words to describe the experience, unorganized and racism. Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm to 2am, but they only call you to work one or two days a week.

I've worked here for over a year. The hours have changed and they're a bit more hectic but it's a great place to work and the people are amazing for the most part.
