Terrible experience dealing with Veronica Fortoso at the Westinghouse office. She is the type of person that will rudely and forcefully yell at you if you are sick and can’t show up even one day at an assignment. I heard she did this to multiple people where I worked. What does this say about her and about the company (Elite Resources)? I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.THE WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Everyone is very disrespectful and very rude!! They don't handle business like business should be handled. Me and my wife Maria both was very upset about our hours being short on our check. We call the office everyone gives us the run around. The office Manager VERONICA FORTOSO is very rude and disrespectful, she hangs up on my wife, told her she doesnt have time to be on the phone.

Do not bother working for this staffing agency. They will never check in with you, and you will have several account managers during your assignment, because their internal turnover is ridiculously high. There are other staffing agencies in Charlotte who care about where they place you and how the assignment is going. This one can care less about you and your success on your assignment.
