Very shady. They didnt report my wages to the IRS and now its November and I still dont have my tax return. I wouldnt recommend Elite Payroll Solutions.Use them at your own risk!

I had dealing with elite payroll because my employer forgot to add my overtime to my check. The staff at Elite Payroll worked it all out and cut me a check the same day and stayed after hours so I could pick it up.

Well today is Martin Luther King Jr day, Its a holiday for a few government offices. My office is open, Advantage HR is working and other business such as insurance companies and the like. I am due my paycheck today. But guess what! I will not be able to receive my paycheck due to a bank holiday? The banks are not issuing anything. Payroll is! already done and paid, checks cut and its available for pick up/delivery and this company will not deliver! They will not let me have MY HARD EARNED CHECK!( they are post dating checks for tomorrow and say because of post date I can not have my check on the day its due to me. There excuse was 1st, the lady that delivers the checks foot is broken? Then she said because the banks are closed and you can not cash the check you will not get paid today. This is absolutely the most hair brained excuse to hold another hard working Americans money! This is WRONG! Holiday or not I am so upset. Insurance and car payment due today not I will not have insurance on my car for over 24hrs due to this piss poor company!
