The person who takes second round dont have any ettiquttes.He speaks rudely,he checks apps done by us and comments on it in a rude way.I went for inteview at 2:30 PM and i came out at 6:45PM.They dont care about the people who came for the interview.The guy who took technical interview was knowledgable but he still uses deprecated code,his skills are not upgraded.I said him that google has come up with new libraries for hitting web services and he is using the very old way which is deprecated.He didnt accept the fact that he is not updated.Last round was taken care by manager,he is very nice person,he explained about his product in a very polite manner.Finally,the product which they are developing and ideas which they are having are very nice.My suggestion is not to depend too much on the guys who is taking technical interview.The technical inteview guy is having good knowledge but he should accept the fact that he is not updated.
