Overall Feedback:

They previously handled my PEO needs, then early in 2018 "sold" my account to another PEO that was unprepared to take over the process. Now I am being hounded by the Commonwealth of PA due to errors in their filings. It is unclear to me at this point whether this is due to simple errors or we are going to find out there was some sort of more serious issue. Unfortunately, ten days have passed and they have done nothing. I will update this post if they become responsive and fix the state filings.
