We had been going to E.F.C since they were on Wisconsin ave getting our taxes done. Normally no problems this year they were horrible, no one there to do small business as my husband drives for a living they should have looked and I know that they have in the past so they are aware of what you are coming in for. This time a different person who was none to polite and honestly we were not happy ( *&%^$) that we had to schedule another appointment because no one there could do our taxes. So she asked us to leave. NO PROBLEM! they have become so BIG that the service sucks. We will go elsewhere from now on, they are not the only tax preparation company in town.

For the past 3 years in a row, this company has made errors on my Federal & State income taxes... which resulted in over $4000 that I additionally had to pay. Other years they put claimed my son as a dependent, so again I ended up repaying another $2000. I have basic returns and simple itemizationsI would NOT recommend this company!!!.An individual tax return may be reasonable for only $85 however it’s not worth your money or time when they make mistakes every year. I have no idea why I kept using them

Don't waste time and money going here. They will tell you they are going to get you a good refund but in the end it doesn't happen but you wont find out until after you pay them a large amount. Also if you make a appointment plan on waiting at least an hour extra as they double book just to get you in the door. Total scam run place.

I went to them years ago because I had a question about my taxes. I had them prepared with a big firm and felt something was wrong. They reviewed my taxes found the mistake and then explained it to me. It was a huge help and since then they are the only people I trust with my taxes.

Had my taxes completed here in 2017. They were easy taxes to file, no children, no small business, no IRA distributions, etc. They did them incorrectly for both federal and state. I had to have them amended. They do not return phone calls, nor have they provided me the refund for the tax filing fee they promised me three weeks ago. I would go elsewhere to have your taxes filed.

Our 2014 taxes were done at Electronic Filing Center in Menasha by a woman named Jennifer. She refused to add our medical expenses in our taxes which she stated that it wasn't enough to include in our taxes. She determined this without even calculating any of our medical expenses, which I was sure was more than 20% of our income. Not only that she was rude and appeared very impatient, this year's taxes (2015) we found out that she filed our 2014 state and federal wrong. She did not attempt to even help us get the best return possible but instead we had to pay back. The volunteer who helped us with ours this year found the mistake and pointed it out that we should've gotten a return back. Very disappointed with this particular person. If anyone decides to go here for their taxes, ask for someone else. We had paid over $100 for their service

My husband and I have been using this service for years. They are always very helpful and accurate. Tim M. was especially diligent last evening doing our taxes and we felt very comfortable with him. Hope he is there next year!
