I've been with ELAS for 5 years now and find the below reviews to be false. The service has been just what i needed and prevented me from falling foul of the minefield of HR. As for the people who are moaning about getting renewed I also forgot to do it but it was my own fault as I knew the t&cs.Keep up the good work

Park Executive LimitedAVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.THEIR ADVERTISING MATERIAL STATES THEY ARE HERE TO HELP YOU WITH LEGAL MATTERS AND EMPLOYER ISSUES BUT IN REALITY THEY USE THERE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW AND CONTRACTUAL SMALL PRINT TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF SME'S AS THEY CAN.FROM OUR EXPERIENCE THE SERVICES THEY OFFER IN THE MAIN ARE FREE ON LINE ANYWAY. FINALLY KEEP POSTAGE RECEIPTS IF YOU SEND THEM RECORDED DELIVERY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AS THEY WILL SAY THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM AND CONTACT YOU WHEN THEY KNOW THE TIME HAS ELAPSED FOR THE POST OFFICE TO PROVE IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR CONTRACT.3 MONTHS 90 DAYS NOTICE NEEDS TO BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY IN ORDER FOR THEM TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AN EMAIL WILL NOT SUFFICE OTHERWISE YOUR CONTRACT IS AUTO RENEWED. IN 40 YEARS OF BUSINESS THIS IS THE VERY WORST OF THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. TO THE OWNER DO NOT ASK ME TO CONTACT THE COMPLIANCE OFFICER THE LEAST WE HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY THE BETTER.

Initially we engaged their services in Employment Law in particular the Absent Assist as we were dealing with a growing internal problem regarding our employees taking time off due to sickness, this problem has now been resolved which has in turn saved the Company both time and money and has left us with a feeling of accomplishment.As a direct result of the above service received we are now using ELAS for our Health and Safety needs and are expecting the same impeccable service. Hi, I have been using ELAS for several years now for my Absence Assist and employee monitoring, and soon hopefully the employment Law, I rate their service extremely highly, I am a busy HR (one man band) Officer and could not do all that they do for me on my own all of the teams I deal with are very professional, certainly the Absence Assist side , I will be continuing use this excellent service.
