Non existent replies if it's not with the VAT team which who are ace btw, self assessment and other queries fall into the void. Pay a set monthly fee to be sent generic replies stating extra costs. Not really that bother about resolving issues. So will go elsewhere. When you ring you get told no-one is availaible and told you don't have the service included even though you were told different. AVOID.
