Really nothing but an insurance salesman who tries to push you to their expensive funds. Fought me on all of my own trades, including delaying one 48 hours that cost me a sizable amount of money. Charge more for trades because of their "advice" but gives terrible advice. Really just reading everyone elses research you can get off Google. If you know nothing just get a vanguard fund instead.
