Awful service! Wanted to open a checking account, address did not match I'd and Angela refused to open an account for me said it was a Federal law and which it is not, but because I am black trying to open an account in Oak Creek it is a problem!! Dont worry I will be closing my husband's family of 16 accounts and will not he opening one for myself. Thank you educators for truly being racist!!!

I have my mortgage and auto loan with ECU, and their rates are good, but I find the customer service to be inconsistent and the limited hours to be frustrating.

I belong to Oak Creek branch.Not being able to call this branch is frustrating.I do not want to speak to an operator from who knows where (like calling customer service and getting someone from foreign country,we have all been there)Personal branch customer service is nonexistent.Please go back to system when it was Lakeside.

I went by the New Berlin one and I went through the one on Loomis and 27th in Milwaukee I have not been through the one in Franklin but the pictures that they're showing the one in Franklin they look good, I think they need to update on is it handicap or wheelchair accessible to get in the building
